Vision Development

Vision is the nurturing ground and energy source for all successful organizations. Unlike company missions, visions are dynamic and active processes, focusing all efforts toward clearly defined goals.

Vision lives in the hearts and heads of people. Developing a vision is therefore a process-oriented reflection of experiences, realities, ideals and aspirations at a high level.

The result is not a glossy brochure, but instead sustainable changes in attitudes and approaches which benefit the company. That is the basis for dynamic evolution.
The concept of dynamic evolution assumes that every change in behavior requires a change in attitude first. A change of attitude is based on developing a new and different point of view. The willingness for change comes from creating meaning.

Meaning is made out of an energy-producing vision. A vision is the vital answer to questions concerning aims, values, goals and images the organization wants to create on a long-term basis. If this kind of vision is being developed by top management in a sincere way, desires, dreams or wishes start flourishing in the heads and hearts of people.

This is a good starting point for defining coherent strategies. Energies are streamlined and focused on determined goals, and successes can be experienced.

Seemingly “out of the blue” new structures are being put into place, flowing naturally from strategies and vision. The whole organization is filled with new life. A spark is lit and the old fire is rekindled.
