Every one of the seven convergences – innovative scope and implementation initiative, motivation, satisfaction and dedication, information, collaboration and leadership – consists of a verbalized standardized aspect/question (= item within a questionnaire). All additional items are based on the EUCUSA aspect spectrum and are developed and adapted specifically together with the company.

Select company business ratios (hard facts), all aspects and convergences (soft facts) are analyzed using regression analysis models under the aspect of relation to each other and general correlation. The result of this process are specific indexes used to measure the company’s potential as a whole and its potential in each of the following points:
