Implementation Support

Once the organization has a clear picture of its strengths and its potential for improvement, and after it has been agreed upon which actions are to be taken, the real work begins. At the beginning of this project phase motivation tends to be high. However, daily business and other issues take over and might have a negative impact on further project steps. Other things become more important, and many things assume a higher priority.

In Train-the-Trainer Workshops, internal moderators get trained to support the implementation process within the organization. Thanks to this training, action workshops can be held by either internal or external EUCUSA moderators.

Implementation audits, like project milestones, lead to the establishment of deadlines when previously defined actions should be accomplished.

To support managers in making sure that the implementation of measures is a successful and ongoing process, EUCUSA helps the project team monitor the implementation phase of the project. This ensures that the customer actually benefits from the investment made in customer or associate orientation.

The implementation survey is a very short and quick survey that helps in monitoring implementation activities. By asking very few (usually 7) questions, it becomes clear how effectively results have been communicated and measures have been defined and implemented. For managers and associates alike, this implementation survey is a signal that the implementation phase is a key management priority.
