Mario FiloxenidisStudied economics and social sciences at the University of Economics, Vienna. Graduate of the “Assekuranzforum” (insurance management) at St. Gallen college and of the internal leadership seminar of Generali Holding Vienna AG.
While studying, he worked for IBM and Management Data in the customer service area. After completing his studies and his military service in the Austrian army, he entered he Generali Group Austria in 1991, where he had a successful 10-year career. He was responsible for the report system and the quality management in the company. He also worked as a project manager in international projects for associate and customer orientation, knowledge management, training strategies and management information systems.
Since 2001, Mario Filoxenidis has been a consultant at EUCUSA – European Association of Customer and Associate Satisfaction – with a focus on project management. Since 2006, he has been responsible for operations as the Chief Operating Officer. Additionally, he devotes himself to the further development of his platform for supporters of Power-Napping, and undertakes research into the positive effects of energy sleep on health and performance under the company name Siesta Consulting .
