„In 2021 we implemented our first internal customer survey together with EUCUSA. The survey has been conducted worldwide (12 countries) in 8 languages. By the EUCUSA reports, we received both a high level overview and detailed results of internal customer satisfaction in different business groups, dimensions and locations. For the fifth time we have conducted our all employee survey in collaboration with EUCUSA. In the last survey we decided to go 100% online and the solution of using code cards worked out very well.
