Between May 30th and June 24th, Austria’s largest industrial company listed on the stock exchange undertook an associate satisfaction survey with EUCUSA. Worldwide nearly 7.000 associates could choose among 18 different languages, and to participate online or offline. Thanks to an pre-imprinted code on the paper questionnaire associates were free to decide between a paper or an online form. The problem of possible redundancies was taken care of during the scanning process. Before a paper questionnaire was scanned it was checked if this code had already been used online. If so, the questionnaire was not taken into account. In addition to the OMV main report one section of OMV – OMV Solutions – decided to repeat the internal customer survey that had already been carried out in 2003. Due to the potential improvements that had been identified at that time, the decision was made to repeat the associate survey to evaluate the results of implementing respective measures.
