SCA (Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget) is a leading global hygiene and forest products company. Sales are conducted in about 100 countries under many strong brands, including the leading global brands TENA and Tork, and regional brands, such as Libero, Libresse, Lotus, Nosotras, Saba, Tempo, Vinda and Zewa.

In 2015, SCA has again chosen to work with EUCUSA, the entrusted partner during the 2011 and 2013 all employee surveys to carry out the 2015 all employee survey.

Meanwhile, SCA had actively worked with the results of the previous surveys. The 2015 survey aimed at comparing current and previous results and identifying any changes towards the worse or the better. The response rate was very good with an increase from survey to survey. As in the previous years EUCUSA proved to be a trustworthy partner. Core challenges were the complex matrix organization with 29,000 participants, worldwide logistics as well as the distribution of 8,000 report files (pdf plus interactive pptx in English and local languages). Following SCA’s reorganization, considerable flexibility was required during the project. EUCUSA delivered the project in high quality and on time and fully met the customer’s expectation.
